Insert Clown Here opens next week for a limited run at the Theatre Centre. The show features a new 'clown' every single show, who is unrehearsed and completely unaware of what's happening. The stellar list of performers has been released, including some really fantastic artists from clown, physical theatre, and improv communities. The full list of guest clowns can be found below.

Parlous Theatre, with support from Common Boots Theatre, returns to Toronto with their raucous Fringe hit, Insert Clown Here, after sold-out runs in Hamilton, Calgary, Edmonton and at the 2023 Toronto Fringe.

In a comedic collision of Chekhovian drama and Clown Chaos, Insert Clown Here follows a troupe of actors in a fully rehearsed, 19th-century melodrama that is upended when the lead actor goes missing and is replaced by a completely unrehearsed Clown.

Prepare for the unprepared, as a new Clown enters the show each night, ensuring no two performances are ever alike!

What could go wrong? Only everything.
