Fringe News
Toronto, Ontario – Back again for its fifth year, the Visual Fringe is a pop-up art market where Fringe-goers can take a break from the drama and action to take in some visual art. What do terrariums, artisanal mustard and beer have in common? You can find all of them at the Visual Fringe, conveniently located in Toronto’s hottest parking-lot-turned-patio. Come check them out and offer a big, warm welcome to our brand new sponsor, the Arts Market.
The Visual Fringe is located at the south end of the Fringe Club, in Honest Ed’s Parking Lot at 581 Bloor Street West. The whole parking lot and alleyway will be transformed into a rousing beer tent for the duration of the festival, so the Visual Fringe will be a great place to enjoy a cold drink or have delicious food from one of our local, tasty food vendors. We’re happy to welcome Steam Whistle as our new beer sponsor for the 2015 festival.
Fringe-goers can also enjoy a new lineup of Shed Shows taking place in the Fringe Club. It’s not the size that counts. Join us at the Shed (that’s right, a literal shed) for some of the most innovative shows in town. Because good things come in small packages.
The Fringe Club is open every day of the Festival (July 1 – 12), from:
4:00pm – 2:00am on weekdays
1:00pm – 4:00am on Saturdays
1:00pm – 2:00am on Sundays
