Lights. Camera. OPERA! We're having an online opera party, and you're invited.

Last year, we asked thousands of opera-goers what they thought of livestream opera, and published our findings online and celebrated with a livestream of Bizet's Carmen at an Opera Pub.

On October 13 at 7:30 pm the CBC will livestream our La Bohème from the historic Tranzac Club directly to your personal devices via CBC Gem. Beat the beer-line and tune in online to catch the action: at home, on the subway, or in your best millennial fashion—walking in public with your head down. 

We're in the final stages of preparation before the cross-Canada tour begins! The Puccini classic is stopping at bars in communities from Banff to Toronto (and the Yukon!).
