Toronto: The Toronto Operetta Theatre presents “The Twelve Days of Christmas”

Sunday, December 27, 2020

Greetings from Toronto Operetta Theatre, its artists and Board of Directors. It is with pleasure that we send you these greetings for Holiday Season. For sure, it will be a more personal and quiet celebration as we face new lockdown challenges in Ontario and across all of Canada. We should all take care and stay safe until such time as we are able to measure the efficacy and safety of a vaccine and be allowed to enjoy live theatre once again at the St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts. We hope this message finds you and all those close to you safe and well.

We dream away for a future of joyous music in your company and in the delightful acoustic of our comfortable operetta venue. I am convinced that you too yearn for these coming opportunities. In the meantime, we start rehearsals for our filming for Gilbert & Sullivan’s THE GONDOLIERS in early February 2021. Venice, the Duke and Duchess of Plaza Toro, revelations as to which of the two brothers is the real heir to the throne and the typical convoluted twists and turns of G & S will be thrilling to watch online performed by our amazing cast filled by your favourite artists.  We will send more details soon. In the meantime, enjoy our Twelve Days of Christmas presented to you by our cast of favourite TOT Artists. Thank you for your ongoing support for TOT. Wishing you all of the Hope, Wonder, and Joy that the Season can bring!
