About the show
Hungarian-Canadian mezzo soprano Krisztina Szabó, and collaborative pianist and Songbook creator, Chris Foley, star in Tapestry’s first-ever livestream concert. Facing the news that large performances and public gatherings would need to be cancelled to preserve public safety, Tapestry Opera’s Michael Mori, Krisztina and Chris in the space of a week, have created a program comprised of Tapestry highlights and powerful operatic, art song, and solo piano selections from the classical and contemporary classical repertoire. Enjoy the works of Strauss and Schubert, Cusson, Barbotin and more - on our Bösendorfer Imperial Grand Piano, one of only 9 remarkable instruments in Canada.

The live concert stream is embedded on the Songbook webpage from the Tapestry Opera YouTube channel, and will be posted on our Facebook page. You can also go directly to our YouTube channel and watch it there at 8:00pm. We will also be announcing on our Twitter and Facebook channel when we go live!
