Ottawa: Beau Dixon presents “Beneath Springhill: The Maurice Ruddick Story” online on May 16

Beau Dixon will present his "Beneath Springhill: The Maurice Ruddick Story” online on May 16. The two-time Dora Award winning one-man-show was created and performed by Beau Dixon. The play is based on the true story of Maurice Ruddick, a coal miner who saved the lives of six other miners trapped two miles below the Cumberland Mine in Springhill, Nova Scotia in 1958. Beau plays all the characters in the play.

Beau will present on Facebook LIVE "Beneath Springhill: The Maurice Ruddick Story - A one man theatrical chamber musical", on Saturday, May 16th from 7-8pm.
