On Tuesday, July 28th at 8pm ET Opera Atelier is thrilled to present Together/Apart Part II - a 20-minute virtual showcase celebrating Opera Atelier’s Resident photographer Bruce Zinger and his iconic images for OA that have won the company worldwide recognition.

Together/Apart Part II will showcase images that served as an inspiration for OA’s creative team as they crafted the new Prologue for Opera Atelier's 2016 production of Purcell’s Dido & Aeneas. These images will be coupled with Zinger’s spectacular never-before-seen photographs of the opera, starring Canadian mezzo-soprano Wallis Giunta, for whom the production was conceived as a vehicle, and tenor Christopher Enns as Aeneas. These stunning photographs will also feature the Artists of Atelier Ballet, whose performances are woven directly into the telling of the story.

Canadian actor Irene Poole will narrate excerpts of Robert Fagle's translation of The Aeneid as the voice of Virgil, accompanied by Tafelmusik Baroque Orchestra and Pandemarmonium Baroque.
