The Screaming Divas is the brain child of Sondra Radvanovsky and Keri Alkema: two sopranos, two friends…two Screaming Divas.

Keri and Sondra met in Washington D.C. in 2012, where, during a production of Anna Bolena the two became instant besties. 8 years and too many bottles of gin to count later, the two found themselves stuck at home watching the news of the COVID-19 pandemic. As the opera world, like the rest of the world, came to a screeching halt, the two would talk almost every day. The conversations were cathartic. One day Keri suggested that they record their conversations and the rest is history.
