The Grand is thrilled to welcome award-winning playwright, screenwriter, novelist (and London's own), Emma Donoghue, to the Grand Theatre for a book signing and Q&A hosted by Dennis Garnhum.

In advance of the North American premiere of the theatrical adaptation of Donoghue’s best-selling novel, Room, the Irish-turned-Canadian writer sits down with event host and Grand Theatre Artistic Director, Dennis Garnhum to provide exciting, new details on Room, discuss the pathway from novelist to playwright, and reflect on her illustrious career to date. Audience members will also be given the opportunity to have their burning questions answered in a live question and answer period.

The evening will culminate with a book signing and photo opportunity with Emma Donoghue. Copies of Room, the novel, will be available for purchase at online registration, or guests are welcome to bring a personal novel for signing. Refreshments will also be available for purchase at the Grand’s bar throughout the event.
