Ottawa: undercurrents announces its 2022 lineup

The undercurrents Theatre Festival will run from April 20 to April 30.

Things you can expect to see:

• one world premiere

• one digital presentation

• two discovery series offerings

• a whole lot of in-person theatre!

Produced by Ottawa Fringe, our winter festival showcases the best original, contemporary theatre created by local, national and international artists.

Festival founders, The Great Canadian Theatre Company, originally hosted from 2011–2014. Now, undercurrents takes place in Ottawa’s downtown core at Arts Court.

Since 2011, undercurrents has hosted 21 world premieres and presented 17 productions as part of their under development program.
