Port Dover: “Hidden Treasures” hits the stage this week at the Lighthouse Festival

Sunday, July 6, 2025

Get ready for a double dose of Norm Foster! Hidden Treasures opens this Wednesday, bringing two witty and heartwarming one-act plays on stage. With a full set and cast transformation happening right before your eyes at intermission, this is theatre with a twist.

A unique and thrilling theatre experience: two back-to-back one-act plays by renowned Canadian playwright, Norm Foster. During intermission, the cast and set seamlessly transition from one play to the next.

Act 1: My Narrator – Imagine what would happen if that little voice inside your head – the one that tells you how to behave and what choices to make –suddenly took on a life of its own? For Lacy and Miles, love is what happens, and with hilarious results.

Act 2: The Death of Me – When John bargains with the Angel of Death for a second chance at life, he quickly discovers that fixing the mistakes of your past is difficult and that perhaps his destiny is not yet etched in stone.

Catch the show at Lighthouse Theatre in Port Dover from July 9 to 20, then at Roselawn Theatre in Port Colborne from July 30 to August 10.
