Toronto: Toronto Burlesque Festival announces 2026 headliners

The Toronto Burlesque Festival (TBF) is proud to announce REVERIE - the 14th edition of their annual festival running November 12–15, 2026 at the iconic Buddies in Bad Times Theatre. REVERIE, features four nights of dazzling, dreamlike entertainment spotlighting over 50 burlesque artists from around the world.
The Toronto Burlesque Festival 2026 headliners include: Internationally renowned Afro-Indigenous burlesque dancer and Miss Exotic World (2022) Lou Lou la Duchesse de Rière (Montreal); Chicago cabaret legend and 2x Number One Burlesque Figure in the world Jeez Loueez (New Orleans / Chicago); International Burlesque Icon Jezebel Express (New York / Newfoundland); and a special appearance from Burlesque Legend and Burlesque Hall of Famer Lovey Goldmine (Las Vegas) with a career spanning 50 years.
Whether you’re a seasoned burlesque aficionado or discovering the art form for the first time, the Toronto Burlesque Festival invites audiences on a dazzling journey with the top performers in burlesque, cabaret, and drag. The full 2026 lineup will be announced in the coming weeks. In addition to four spellbinding showcases, each with a different cast, TBF will offer two days of public workshops on November 13 and 14, led by the festival’s headliners and featured performers.

• Thursday, November 12 — Joyful Rebellion
Every dream begins with a SPARK. The journey begins with an exclusive pre-show cocktail reception featuring live jazz and decadent delights in Tallulah’s cabaret. Then, move into the Chamber space for an opening night of bold, brilliant performances that celebrate resistance, pleasure, and the power of choosing joy.
• Friday, November 13 — Wit & Whimsy
Wander through the vibrant TBF Vendors Marketplace, where curious treasures and handcrafted delights await with handmade wares and rare finds for vintage aficionados, curios curators, and camp and kitsch collectors. Then, move into the chamber to sip, socialize, and surrender to an evening of playful, imaginative performances that blur the line between mischief and magic.
• Saturday, November 14 — Gilded Glamour
Indulge in opulence. Peruse the TBF Vendors Marketplace, before entering a world of luxury, decadence, and high-shine spectacle. Expect breathtaking artistry, lavish costumes, and performances that shimmer with golden excellence.
• Sunday, November 15 — Through the Looking Glass
The grand finale invites audiences to step fully into the fantasy with an exclusive high tea brunch buffet before the closing showcase, followed by the Legends Lunch & Learn Talkback with Burlesque Legend Lovey Goldmine, an intimate opportunity to connect with burlesque history and legacy. Expect wonder, reflection, and a final, unforgettable descent into REVERIE. VIP ticket holders will have the opportunity to enjoy a high tea brunch and mingle with performers prior to the show.
