Toronto: There's been some serious buzz around Dylan Gott lately. Which would explain why he's recently opened up for several Comedy Central greats, including Todd Barry, Todd Glass, Brian Posehn and the Sklar Brothers. And now, from July 5th to the 15th, Fringe Toronto theatregoers will get to experience the weird, wonderful world premiere of Dylan's first full-length comedy show: Dylan Gott, Medicine Woman.
It's a refreshingly original mixture of stand-up, storytelling and general observations on life, all through the eyes of one of Canada's most original new comedic voices.
Dylan Gott, Medicine Woman runs the gambit, including everything from tales of freaking out at a McDonald's employee to being beaten up by teenagers to yelling at a cat about beans. Of course, one should expect nothing less from a socially stunted fella who grew up in a basement in Stouffivlle. A guy who wore Looney Tunes pants and carried a Shaquille O'Neal's basketball card in his wallet until well into his teenaged years. Yes, Dylan is THAT guy.

Dylan Gott has spent the past three years touring Canada. Over that time, he's been featured on Bite TV and XM Radio, performed at the North by Northeast Music Festival, and was nominated for a Canadian Comedy Award. He's also performed as the opening act for both WWE legend Mick 'Mankind Foley' and Pauly Shore, which you have to admit is equal parts bizarre and cool.
