A comedy magic show with a plot! When an accident sends an unconfident magician's assistant back through time, does he have the courage to do a show on his own and generate enough magic to get back to the future? A tribute to 80s films from Back To The Future to The Terminator. Featuring a robot that solves Rubik’s cubes, a shake weight time machine, and a mind‐reading goldfish.
Tim’s shows blend hilarious comedy, mind‐blowing original magic, and a scripted story and special effects, for a theater experience unlike anything you’ve ever seen. After getting his start in professional magic on the stage at Orlando Fringe four years ago, Tim has been developing and performing new original shows every year at fringe festivals, conventions, and comedy clubs. He has toured Magic To The Future to festivals and conventions in Indianapolis, Orlando, and San Diego so far this year.
Tim Hoffman(The Great & Powerful Tim) is a magician and comedian living in Los Angeles, California. He is a member of the Academy of Magical Arts and the Magic Castle. He has trained and performed improv comedy at SAK Comedy Lab in Orlando and the UCB Theatre in Los Angeles.
“This silly mix of magic and improv is a hoot. The real magic here is in Hoffman’s charisma.” –Matt Palm, Orlando Sentinel
“Hilarious and wry, reminded me of a self‐aware(and talented) version of Will Arnett’s Gob from Arrested Development” –Todd Caviness, Orlando Sentinel
"Tim is full of charisma & kooky humor" -Gabrielle Russon, Orlando Sentinel
