Toronto, ON-- 360 Screenings, an immersive film series combining cocktail party, live interactive theatre and traditional film viewing premieres their first ever Halloween edition on October 24th at 7pm. Tickets to this one night only production are 90% sold out. 360 Screenings is Canada's only cinematic experience that fuses film and theatre into one.
The evening begins with a cocktail hour and hors d'oeuvres, while actors play out familiar scenes and lines from a beloved film of the past and interact with the audience. Costumes, set-design, props and make-up all reflect the environment of the film. The location of the venue is kept secret until 24 hours prior to the screening, and the film itself isn’t revealed until it screens. From the moment the audience arrives at the venue they become fully immersed in the story of the film.
For the Halloween edition, complimentary make-up sessions will be offered to transform guests to fit the mood of the film.
Based on a popular screening series in the UK, Ned Loach and Robert Gontier have brought the idea to Canada with two previous screenings including Fight Club and Ghost, both which played to sold-out audiences and received rave reviews.

About 360 Screenings:
360 Screenings began in May 2012 with a production of Jerry Zucker’s GHOST. The film and 360 experience played to a sold out audience. 360 Screenings produce events that combine live performance with traditional film viewing. Beloved films of the past set the stage at historic and interesting venues while audiences are instructed on what to wear, and where to show up only 24 hours prior to the screening. The film is kept hidden until the night of the event. From the moment audiences arrive they ‘step into the film.’ The venue, which could be a loft, a field, or any unique location, is furnished entirely to reflect the film's environment. Part cocktail party, part live performance event, part film screening, 360 Screenings is changing the way Canadians enjoy cinema. They invite film lovers of all walks to step into the film. 360 Screenings is generously supported by BlogTO, Creekside Estate Winery, Mill St. Brewery and Complections International Academy of Make-up Artistry.
