Due to space availability – the theatre is completely booked! – Alumnae Theatre Company has extended the submission deadline for directors interested in working on one of the four mainstage productions in our 2012-13 season: the Toronto premiere of Lisa Moore’s “February”, “The Drowning Girls” by Beth Graham / Charlie Tomlinson / Daniela Vlaskalic, the Oscar Wilde classic “A Woman of No Importance”, and “The Killdeer” by James Reaney.
The previous deadline was April 20; it has now been extended to April 30, with candidate interviews to take place during the week of May 7. Details are attached, and interested non-union directors should also check the Auditions page of www.alumnaetheatre.com for guidelines and submission instructions.

What we need:Please submit an e-letter of interest to
TabithaKeast@sympatico.ca by April 30th.
This should include your resume and the title of the play for
which you’re going to pitch.
At the interview you will present a proposal to the Directors‘
Selection Committee outlining your ideas for a full production.
A template detailing what a Director’s proposal includes is
available upon request.
Reminder: This is a non-Equity/ACTRA and non-paying engagement.
We love our Equity and ACTRA brothers and sisters; we just can’t afford to pay you.
