The Global Cabaret Festival
Albert Schultz & Friends – Young at Heart: A cool little concert for your inner child. Special guests, a great band and fun and delight for everyone in the family!
Antônio Carlos Jobim Songbook: A celebration of Brazil's master of bossa nova. Musical direction by Young Centre Resident Artist and Juno nominee Aline Morales with special guests including Dennis Lee and Patricia O'Callaghan.

Bohemians in Brooklyn: A juicy cabaret by Tom Allen based on a group of artists (including W.H. Auden, Benjamin Britten and Gypsy Rose Lee) who lived in February House in Brooklyn in the early 1940s. Featured performers include Tom Allen, Lori Gemmel, Bryce Kulak and Patricia O'Callaghan.
Brent Carver: The Tony Award-winning actor and singer performs an original cabaret.
Broadsway: Heather Bambrick, Julie Michels, and Diane Leah present an eclectic show of fun and frivolity – from Sondheim to Gershwin, Rossini to Lady Gaga, and everything in between. Anything is possible when this talented trio gets together, but great songs, bizarre banter, and lots of laughs are guaranteed!
Dennis Lee's Toronto: Dennis Lee presents a musical journey through a past that should have been. This Cabaret contains some of the traditional songs that have emerged during the city's vibrant 200-year history - comparable to "The Bells of St. Clements," "Sur le pont d'Avignon," or "As I Walked Out in the Streets of Laredo." Lee has not been deterred by the fact that there are no such songs; he's simply gone ahead and written them! Cabaret written and performed by Dennis Lee, Waleed Abdulhamid, Patricia O’Callaghan, Mike Ross and Suba Sankaran, directed by Ravi Jain.
Elvis Songbook: Young Centre Resident Artist Mike Ross directs a cabaret of classics from the The King with special guests Brent Carver, Don Francks, Amanda LeBlanc and Aline Morales.
Jackie and Kim Richardson, a Family Affair: Canada's legendary Jackie Richardson shares the stage with her daughter Kim for a show of classic gospel, jazz and blues standards.
Jean Stilwell & Patti Loach – What Was I Saying?: In their newest show, "What Was I Saying?", pianist Patti Loach and Canada's most famous "Carmen" - Jean Stilwell - step once again into the intimacy of a cabaret room with all of their usual elegance, wit and aplomb.
Judith Lander: Lander Sings Weill, Brel and Sondheim in an hour of powerful interpretations of some of the world's most brilliant theatrical composers and songwriters.
Leonard Cohen Songbook: Young Centre Resident Artist Waleed Abdulhamid brings a fresh, world beat feel to the songs of Canada's master troubadour, Leonard Cohen.
Michael Hughes – Mickey & Judy: Mickey & Judy is a hilarious pseudo-memoir, chronicling Hughes' childhood obsession with musicals and his journey from the psychiatric ward to Off-Broadway with a musical score that borrows from Broadway classics and the Judy Garland songbook.
A Night at the Popera: A cabaret of the best and most beloved music from the world of opera led by Young Centre Resident Artist Gregory Oh. Features special guests Allyson McHardy, Patricia O'Callaghan, Mike Ross, Daniel Williston, a nine-piece band, and the Young Centre City Choir.
Oliver! A Cabaret: The Baillie Theatre will become a Dickensian pub as new life is brought to the songs of Lionel Bart's Oliver! Musical direction by Young Centre Resident Artist John Millard with special guests including Aline Morales, Patricia O'Callaghan, Gregory Oh, Suba Sankaran, Albert Schultz, and the Young Centre City Choir.
Patricia O'Callaghan's Heart of the Song: Heart of the Song follows a musical path from Ireland and its folksongs, through the salons of Europe, and all the way to today's Canada. Patricia O'Callaghan, who grew up on Irish folk songs, links the music to her own original works, those of her contemporaries and more. Featuring Julia Aplin, John Gzowski, Miranda Mulholland, Andrea Nann and Joe Phillips.
ProArteDanza's Fellini Cabaret: The brilliant team of ProArteDanza reimagine the celebrated world of Federico Fellini in music, words, and dance. Created by and featuring: Young Centre Resident Artist Roberto Campanella; Robert Glumbek; and Anisa Tejpar.
