Brantford, ON… Sanderson Centre for the Performing Arts presents When Johnny Came Marching Home A musical tribute to our veterans, past and present on Wednesday November 6 at 2:00 p.m. A Curtain Call Production.
Featuring the five-piece "Purple Heart Band" and the amazing Swing Dance troupe, "The Lindy Hop Express" and starring Chantelle Wilson and her three-part harmony group, "The Maisies".
This wonderful trio has performed on every major stage in North America and they always leave their audience wanting more. This is Swing, Blues, Latin and Pop like you've never seen it before.
This show will also feature "Letters From the Front”. Don’t miss this wonderful high-spirited celebration, saluting the brave men and women who fought and died for our freedom.
The Portraits of Honour mural will be on display for your viewing during the performance in the main lobby featuring the faces of the 158 Canadian soldiers, sailors and aircrew that have lost their lives in Afghanistan and the Canadian Military Heritage Museum from Brantford will have a display. The Canadian Heroes Vehicles will be on display at the Dalhousie Street entrance.
