Each year, Programs for 50+ at Ryerson University’s G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education presents a public festival of creativity and ideas. The 50+ Festival (formerly known as The Silver Screens Arts Festival) celebrates the arts, live theatre, film, and music. It also features an array of lectures by renowned speakers that reflect the content offered by Programs for 50+.
The 50+ Festival offers attendees opportunities to engage with likeminded members of their community, learn more about Programs for 50+, and support and experience the creative arts. Past festivals have featured lectures and presentations on everything from city building to climate change to psychology, and each year brings a new range of fascinating topics.
Located in downtown Toronto, Ryerson University’s vibrant campus is the perfect location for a lively festival of art, creativity, and intellect. Join us from May 30 to June 1 for this year’s 50+ Festival!
Note: The 50+ Festival aims to include all members of our community – all of our events are fully accessible.
