Cast: Please note: Actors are only required to look and play ages. Play is set in 18th century France and there may be doubling of roles.
Please prepare a 2 minute classical piece.

La Marquise de Mertreuil: 35-40, widow of considerable means
Mme de Volanges: 35-40, cousin of Mertreuil,also a widow
Cecile Volanges: 15, daughter of Mme de Volanges; has just left the convent
M me de Rosamunde: 84, Valmont's aunt, lively, intelligent
La Presidente de Tourvel: 22, strict morals, religious fervour
Emily- a young prostitute
Le Vicomte deValmont: 30-40, elegant, charming
Le Chevalier Danceny: 20, innocent, ready to be in love
Major Domo: 25+
Azolan: 20-30, Valmont's valet de chambre, dapper
