Bad Dog’s award-winning resident cast is proud to remount their critically-acclaimed summer hit: Toronto, I Love You. Set against a backdrop of Toronto neighbourhoods suggested by the audience, this unconventional love letter to the city is an unscripted comedy featuring a handful of spontaneously-crafted storylines that intertwine and intersect each other in surprising ways.
Nicolas di Gaetano (Mi Casa Theatre) serves as musical muse for the piece, both underscoring and inciting the action with a mix of Canadian songs - some improvised, some well-known - chosen each night to complement the stories.

An improvised show combining myth, mirth, and mischief, inspired by the legend of Pandora’s Box. Directed by Canadian Comedy Award winner Sean Tabares, Pandora’s Box pits a cast of some of Toronto’s best improvisers against the evils of the universe. As each show continues, performers will open their own Pandora’s boxes containing unique “evils” that will change the situation for the worse – and the funnier! Only when all the evils are released into the world will the final Box of Hope be opened, bringing our characters in touch with their destinies. Each performance features a newly improvised story – inspired by a fresh batch of evils!
The intrepid cast includes: Nigel Downer (Second City), Kris Siddiqi (NOW Readers’ Choice for Best Male Improviser), Ashley Comeau (Theatresports), Sarah Hillier (Second City), Daniel Maslany (Globe Theatre, Regina), Conor Holler (Bronx Cheer) and Lucy Hill (Globe Theatre, Regina).

For honour. For glory. For a ridiculous trophy.
A who’s who of Toronto’s very best improv groups face off in Bad Dog’s thirteenth annual Globehead tournament - a hotly-contested Toronto comedy tradition with a history of exceptional champions including reigning Canadian Comedy Award winners for Best Improv Troupe: The Sufferettes, Falcon Powder, Illusionoid and Gift Horse (featuring current Second City mainstage cast members: Kirsten Rasmussen & Etan Muskat).
Over the course of four weeks, sixteen teams will meet each other in this single-elimination Theatresports tournament - performing spontaneous scenes scored by both the audience and a series of guest judges. Only one team can be crowned the winner of Globehead… who will it be this year?
