The Great Canadian Theatre Company is only one week away from the best part of February – undercurrents!
The 2014 festival will be our most exciting one yet! Colleen Sutton returns to Ottawa with her smash-hit RiderGirl, Matt Miwa and Julie Tamiko Manning bring us their verbatim piece The Tashme Project, and THÉÂTRE ROUGE ÉCARLATE presents the World Premiere of Ciseaux - the festival’s first French production (with English surtitres).
Joining them are Toronto’s clown sisters Morro and Jasp with their hit Morro and Jasp do Puberty, Toronto/New York collaborators AnimalParts’ inspired-bytrue-events A Quiet Sip of Coffee, and Ramshackle Theatre’s Broken - coming to us all the way from the Yukon!
All that plus special performances from Ottawa’s Mi Casa Theatre and STO Union. What’s not to love?
