"The geniuses behind the Carnegie Hall Show make their high wire act look easy ... A MUST SEE" NNNN's - NOW Magazine
The Carnegie Hall Show is an evening of improv and variety. Singers, dancers, acrobats, puppeteers and even the occasional magician surround the improvisation – first, an original format – The Retrospective, an ‘awards-show-style’ look back at the greatest improvised scenes of all time, made up before your eyes! Followed by an improvised old-fashioned radio play, complete with witty dialogue, commercial breaks and occasional emotional breakdowns.
You never know who will be playing at The Carnegie Hall Show! Past guests include Colin Mochrie, Scott Thompson, Maestro Fresh Wes, ‘Puppets Who Kill’ creator Jon Pattison, and many more. This month! Our special guests include The incredible Gavin Crawford (CBC's Gavin Crawford's Wild West); the unstoppable Sandy Jobin-Bevans! (YTV's Life With Boys) With musical guest Chelsea Manders (Canadian Comedy Award Winner for Best One Person Show)
We also have multiple Dora-Award-Winning Waylen Miki on the piano!

Some History...
The show began at the Bread and Circus Theatre in Kensington Market in 2009, playing every week for several years to packed and excited houses. While the show has had many temporary homes since; playing at the Second City, the Toronto Fringe, and even the 2012 Impro Festival in Berlin, Germany, the Drake is the show’s first permanent home since the closing of the Bread and Circus in 2012.
