Greg Wise will lead the cast of the European premiere of Brad Fraser’s Kill Me Now at the Park Theatre next month.
Wise is joined by Oliver Gomm, Charlotte Harwood, Jack McMullen and Anna Wilson-Jones in the production, which is directed by Braham Murray.
It is the sixth time that Murray has collaborated with Canadian playwright Fraser, and Kill Me Now will run in Park200 at the north London theatre from February 19 to March 29, with press night on February 24.
The play concerns Jake Sturdy, a once-successful writer, cares for his disabled and hormonal teenage son, Joey, with the support of a motley crew of friends and family, each figuring out their own lives. But when Jake is struck by an unexpected disaster, he is forced to confront some difficult questions about who’s really looking after who.
Kill Me Now is produced by Jamil Jivanjee in association with the Park Theatre.
The production is designed by Juliet Shillingford, with lighting by Chris Davey, sound by Mike Walker and music by Tayo Akinbode.
Meanwhile, Muswell Hill, which is co-directed by Roger Mortimer and Deborah Edgington, transfers to the Park following a run last year at the White Bear Theatre.
Ralph Aiken and Charlotte Pyke join the cast, while Nicole Abraham, Annabel Bates, Gregory Cox and Jack John revive their roles.
Produced by Two Sheds Theatre in association with the Park, Torben Betts’ play is designed by Nancy Surman with lighting by Jack Weir.
It will run in Park90 from February 17 to March 14, with press night on February 19.
