A who’s who of Toronto’s very best improv groups face off in Bad Dog’s thirteenth annual Globehead tournament at the Bad Dog Comedy Theatre this February. Hosted by west-coast comedy darlings Jess Bryson (TO, I Love You) & Craig Anderson (The Sunday Service), Globehead is a hotly-contested Toronto comedy tradition and the 2015 line-up boasts some of the fiercest competition to ever vie for the trophy.
Over the course of four weeks, twenty four teams will face off in this single-elimination Theatresports tournament - performing spontaneous scenes scored by both the audience and a series of guest “celebrity” judges. “Globehead gave us a place to find our feet, to test out our style, and to be as silly as we like. We're very grateful for the opportunity that this tournament gave us. And I, for one, can't wait to see who will win this year!” says Nug Nahrgang of Illusionoid, two-time Globehead champions, and Canadian Comedy Award winners.
