Director Stephen Lubin stages a touching rendition of Thornton Wilder’ s Pulitzer Prizewinning play. Metatheatrical and humorous while also being romantic and deeply affecting, Wilder’s classic work is brought to life by a stellar ensemble cast and moulded by Lubin’s deep love and respect for the source material. A WINDS production, it will play this December 3rd to 5th at the Studio Theatre [4 Glen Morris Street, Toronto].
Victoria Beales and Darren Boulet lead this tremendous ensemble as Stage Manager 1 and Stage Manager 2, respectively. Our Town also features Hannah Brennen (Rebecca Gibbs), David Carcasole (Doctor Gibbs), Mansoor Elahi (Howie Newsome), and Kenley Ferris (Joe Crowell, Jr.). The show also contains exciting work by Allyson Foster (Mrs. Webb), Avneet Sharma (Sam Craig), Brian Langevin (Wally Webb), Christina Lanz (Mrs. Gibbs), and William Luke (George Gibbs). Nawi Moreno (Mr. Webb), Alyssa Sinclair (Mrs. Soames), and Claire ShenstoneHarris (Emily Webb) round out this wonderful cast.
Daniel JubbasMalz is the Assistant Director and Matthew Fonte is the Stage Manager. Costume Design is by Bashir Fares and Lighting Design is by Shak Haq. Danielle Thompson and Lucy Walker are the Assistant Stage Managers.
