Director Tyrone Savage (Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, SHREW, and Stratford Company member since 2010) has assembled an all star cast to bring you an inventive and uniquely Canadian holiday tale full of magic, adventure, and music.
The Red One Collective heralds in a new Toronto Indie tradition with a holiday run of just ten performances leading up to an enchanted New Year’s Eve. Featuring puppets created by Daniel Briere (Dutch Uncle Puppetry, Stratford Festival) and an original score by renowned local composer James Smith (Brantwood, Mr. Burns, London Road, Assassins) , THE CHASSEGALERIE will be sure to fill you heart with a little magic, a touch of whiskey, and a good dose of Canadian pride.

Wishing themselves back to Montreal to celebrate with their loved ones, they are visited by a mysterious stranger Jonah Widdifield (Shaw Festival, Hamlet [Classical Theatre Project]), who may indeed be the Devil in disguise. He offers them a fantastic solution at an ultimate price.
