Set in Buckinghamshire, England, Mr. Pim Passes By by A.A. Milne was a hit on the London stage when it premiered in 1919. The play comes complete with a maid, young lovers, an eccentric visitor, a grand Dame, and a couple whose very marriage is called into question. It’s quirky sense of character and rich elements of farce are just as ready to entertain and delight us today.
