We are so busy at Theatre Collingwood dusting off our stove pipe jeans, leather jackets, poodle skirts and pony tales, and getting ready for some great Rock & Roll!
Do you have your tickets for Memories of Rock & Roll? If not, call the office and order your tickets today, and bring your friends because everyone is going to love this music and have a great time! Feel free to dress in costume for the '50s if you like.
I'd also like to mention how excited we are that Aaron Solomon is in the performance (that amazing fiddle player from Leisa Way and our February cabaret) as well as the very talented Derek Marshall! Check out their bios at theatrecollingwood.ca.The show runs from June 23-27th at The Historic Gayety Theatre.
This will also be when we start selling our Wine Raffle Tickets. We have had great success with this the past two years and decided to run this raffle again. You might be the person to win 100 bottles of wine in time for the Christmas season!
When you are on our website don't forget to check out our Dine & PLAY page. We have many local restaurants that offer a discount to you on theatre nights when you show your Theatre Collingwood tickets!
If you have not bought a subscription yet there is still time. Just call Anne or Ursula at the office and they will be happy to help you out with the best prices and we will look forward to seeing you at each play all summer season. We also would really appreciate it so very much if you would consider becoming a member. Members are what keep this company rolling (Rocking & Rolling!) and Membership has it's privileges!
It's time to register for Summer Drama Camp. Please call the office for more information on this really affordable and fun camp. This year's camp will take place at the newly renovated Simcoe Street Theatre.
Also, look for us at The Elvis Festival this year! We are going to be selling 50/50 tickets at The Old Town Terrace in support of Theatre Collingwood, as well as having a really great Elvis time!
