Our 2015/16 season brings Canadian writers and the spirit of collaboration to the fore. It’s fitting that as we introduce our own new play development program, we are also announcing a partnership with Tarragon Theatre – a haven for the most vital voices in Canadian theatre for over 45 years. Read on to learn more about Studio 180 IN DEVELOPMENT and our co-production of You Will Remember Me.
Our new project offers Canadian theatre creators a helping hand, as they develop plays that explore provocative social and political issues. Studio 180’s support is tailored to each creator’s needs, offering resources like work space, a writer’s fee, dramaturgy, actors for workshops or a public reading. Our November 2015 participants are Jill Andrew, Kate Cayley, Sean Devine, Paul Dunn, Jenna Harris and Hannah Moscovitch. November 9-29.

How will you be remembered? How will you choose to remember those you love? As the aging patriarch of a modern family suffers from dementia, the people who love him struggle to make room in their lives for his care. This vivid and elegant drama about family and memory comes from one of Québec’s most dynamic voices: Governor General’s Award–winning playwright François Archambault.
