In her solo performance Ana Bayat takes the audience on a multilingual journey across the continents as she tells the story of returning to her homeland of Iran after spending a carefree childhood in Spain. The story unfolds as she deals with the mixed emotions she feels during the process.
In this show, which was sold out in Europe, Ana expressively portrays numerous characters in three different languages of English, Spanish, and Farsi (Persian) with English subtitles.
Ana is a theatre, film, and voice-over actress fluent in Spanish, French, English, and Persian. She holds a B.A. Honors in Linguistics, an M.A. in Film, and a post-graduate diploma in Professional Acting and Stagecraft from the UK. Her next project is performing in the feature film Waiting for Kiarostami.
