Last year our most popular show was an in-concert show by Adrian Marchuk called "Any Dream Will Do -- The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber". We sold the most tickets for any show of the season for this production, and our audiences were thrilled with the story-telling, music, and super talent!
We are thrilled to have Adrian back with his incredible band and outstanding singers NEXT WEEK in his latest production:
Over The Rainbow – The Harold Arlen Story
Of course we all love Adrian Marchuk and know his talent (he was Frankie Valli in The Jersey Boys), and I am also so happy that Chris Tsujiuchi will be back as Musical Director, and the incredible Thom Allison will be back again singing for us. Joining them will be Alana Bridgewater (you may remember her as the Killer Queen in the Mirvish production of We Will Rock You) and the very popular cabaret and musical theatre performer, Kelly Holiff (who has been on tour with Colm Wilkinson).
Somehow Harold Arlen flew under the radar, even though he composed the music for the very popular Wizard of Oz as well as over 500 songs in the Great American Songbook. Adrian will wow you with stories about Arlen and outstanding renditions of these very well known classics. Get to know the magical Harold Arlen, the mystery man behind such hits as STORMY WEATHER, GET HAPPY, PAPER MOON, THE MAN THAT GOT AWAY, IF I ONLY HAD A BRAIN, COME RAIN OR COME SHINE, LET'S FALL IN LOVE, ONE FOR MY BABY, and of course the classic hit OVER THE RAINBOW.
